19 Jan THE BREWHOUSE: NEW AREA FOR MICE IN MALTA
A unique creative workplace has seen the day in Malta. This place has meeting facilities & dedicated events spaces.
The rehabilitation and regeneration of the former Farsons Brewery is the largest industrial conversion of its nature to be carried out on the island. Its restoration was entrusted to world-renowned Ian Ritchie Architects, London. “.. epic but intimate and a natural home for the young, the business entrepreneurs and start-up companies, … because there is nothing like it anywhere else” says the lead architect Ian Ritchie about this iconic building.
Covering over 7,000 sqms of industrial space, the building includes a unique mix of office, food and beverage, retail, visitor experience and events space cutting across 8 floors that used to play home to the brewing of some of Malta’s best loved brands. From the Malt Stores, the Open Vats, the Chapels to the Coppers, the spaces within The Brewhouse each have a rich story to tell and make for a truly unique creative workplace and lifestyle.
Office space
Basing your operation at The Brewhouse communicates a confident sense of purpose and place. Our unique value proposition lies in the positive connotation businesses will gain through direct association with an exceptional building and brand, which offers an outstanding office lifestyle and environment. Workspace options include a variety of open plan areas, as well as multiple meeting and events spaces that promote collaboration, co-working and resource sharing. All office areas are being finished to the highest standards and flooded with natural light.
Co-working
Occupying Level 1 of The Brewhouse are 28 retained steel fermenting vats that have been converted into one-of-a-kind collaborative office hubs. Once responsible for creating Malta’s most famous lagers and ales, these historical vessels are truly unique working spaces that will surely get you in the right frame of mind to let your ideas brew.
Meeting facilities
Together with Trident Park, The Brewhouse offers a variety of meeting facilities, which includes The Redler Room, a unique 20-person meeting room, which also enjoys an exceptional break out space above the rotunda of The Brewhouse.
Event spaces
The Brewhouse features a fully fitted out and flexible 300 sqms space for small to medium sized events such as seminars, workshops, networking events or private parties. Other spaces include the beautiful Coppers themselves or even the Art Nouveau former Brewery Boardroom within Trident Park.
