03 Jul A Culinary Albanian Journey
Embark on a Culinary Journey in Albania
Albania’ cuisine is simple yet rch in fresh garden to table food. The cuisine is a mixture of influences from the Turkish, Italian, Greek cuisine but it is definitely Mediterranean in its core.
Similar to Greek cuisine it does away with strong middle eastern spices, compensating instead through the use of Mediterranean herbs, making the tastes more subtle.
