A Luxury Hotel in the heart of South of France
This is Albar Hotels’ second foray into the south of France, following the successful takeover of the legendary Imperator in Nîmes. A new luxury hotel in the south of France.
Work began in the second half of 2018, led by an architect from Nice and the design studio and interior architects. It will be open soon in 2024.
To completely restructure the building there will be a rooftop extension and nine luxury boutiques on the first floor. The hotel will feature 132 rooms and suites, a 600 m2 spa, a rooftop restaurant with swimming pool and meeting rooms. The building will also feature a new pedestrian passageway and a square that will enable the people of Nice to cross the block to reach rue Masséna.
It will be located on the edge of Jardin Albert 1er, facing the Promenade des Anglais.
